Natalie Johnson, Older Adult Coordinator
Natalie Johnson worked in elementary education for over twenty year, retiring in 1998. The last nineteen of those years were spent at Anne M. Jeans School in Hinsdale in the Library/Learning Center. She and her husband, David, (residents of Countryside) have been members of Grace for over forty years…being servant-leaders in a variety of capacities from committee work to worship leadership. From her advocacy work, she was instrumental in securing a program grant to begin an intentional older adult ministry which has evolved with many intergenerational facets as well. The congregation now funds this ministry which continues to grow in outreach and supportive ministry. Natalie also serves the congregation through her board membership with Interfaith Community Partners, of which Grace is one of the founding members.
