Vacation Bible School returns to mornings!

Vacation Bible School Registration

A Rainforest Adventure - Pre-K through 3rd grade.
This summer’s VBS focuses on God’s creation, presented via the theme “Rainforest Adventure”. Kids from pre-K through 3rd grade will enjoy a week in the “jungle”
with friends as they listen to great stories from the Bible, make cool crafts, sing fun
songs and play zany games, all while learning more about God’s world.

Adventure Camp - 4th through 6th grade students.
In addition, we are introducing a special Adventure Camp for students entering the
4th through 6th grades in the fall. Sessions geared specifically toward pre-teens will feature games, Bible chats, and topical discussions about our world and God’s gifts
to us through nature. Kerrie Folisi, Grace’s director of Youth & Family Ministries,
and Alice Oscarson will be the head counselors for this camp adventure.

Parents Sessions - Will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings during
the children’s sessions to help adults reinforce the VBS learning with their children

VBS for Adults - July 21 - 24, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Natalie Johnson and Pastor
Susan Gerow will lead sessions to help "Discover our Place in God’s Creation".
Worship, prayer, song and refreshments.We will learn together a theology of
thankful stewardship in relation to earth, air, and water. Using a variety of media,
we will explore our relationship to God’s abundant and rich blessings that
surround and nourish us. A free will offering will be donated to a project to refresh
the land. ALL are welcome! Sign up on kiosk in Fellowship Hall.

August 16: Kane County Cougars for All - Saturday, 4:30 p.m. bus departure.
Cost is $10.00 for children 12 and under, $30.00 for adults. The Jesse White
Tumblers will perform, and there will be a fireworks show after the game. This is
an intergenerational family event. Sign up on the kiosk in the Fellowship Hall on
either the Older Adult Ministry, or the Youth Ministry side. You must sign up by JULY 1. For further information see Kerrie Folisi or Natalie Johnson or call the
