March 20: Annual Youth and Youth Workers Event -
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. This workshop is designed for High School teenagers and youth workers who are looking to grow in their faith by participating in discussion, music, and workshops. The event will take place at The Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. Pastor Dara and Kerrie Folisi will be taking a group of High School youth to this event. If you are interested please sign up in the fellowship hall or talk to Kerrie Folisi for further details.

March 28: Passion Play -
Sunday, Zion, IL. Join us for lunch at Grace after
the 11:00 a.m. service.  We will travel by car to the performance which begins at
3:00 p.m.  Tickets include lunch and are $25.00.  Contact Natalie Johnson or Ken Knops for tickets and further information. Reservations and payment are due before March 24. Rides can be arranged or offered. The web site for the play is www.ZionPassionplay.com.

April 4: YFG Easter Egg Hunt -
Easter Sunday, 10:20 a.m. All children up to age 10 should meet in the rear of the sanctuary at 10:20 a.m. to receive their egg collection bags. Invite your neighbors, friends or relatives to create some beautiful memories and celebrate the risen King!!

April 5: Retirees "Fun with Poetry" -
Mondays, taught by Al Mungai. The class will be held for four Mondays, ending on April 26th. The cost for the class is $25.00. There will be a maximum enrollment of 20. You won't want to miss this opportunity to learn more about poetry taught by an expert. Sign up on the Older Adult kiosk today

April 7: Finding Ways to a Healthier Life Style -
Wednesday, 11:15a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Theme: Chicken Soup for the Body and Soul: homemade soup by Klaus Bloecks will be served. An invitation is extended to anyone interested in exploring ways to living a healthier life style. Sponsored by Health & Wellness.


April 7: Retirees (The Million Dollar Quartet) -
Wednesday, price for tickets is $43. We are planning on going to the matinee performance. There is still time to sign up to indicate your interest in attending the play.

April 17: YFG Couples Night Out -
Saturday, time and place to be announced

April 18: Augustana Concert -
Sunday, 3:00 p.m. Orchestra Hall. The program includes performances by the Augustana Symphony Orchestra (Amanda Tubay, concertmaster), Augustana Symphonic Band and Augustana Choir. Tickets are on sale with the CSO 312-294-3000 or www.cso.org. Ticket prices are $20-$40

April 23: Spaghetti Dinner & Silent Auction -
Friday, 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
