Ann Gornik RN, MSN, FCN,
Parish Nurse

My name is Ann Gornik, RN, MSN, FCP (Faith Community Nurse). I am truly blessed to be your Parish Nurse at Grace Lutheran where I can share in your mission of "celebrating in community God's gifts through worship and education inspiring us to be the heart, hands, feet and voice of Christ in the world."

I have been a nurse for 30 years. My clinical background is Critical Care at Northwestern Memorial University and a Clinical Nurse Special in Staff Development and Education at Evanston Hospital. I currently am working 2 days a week as a School Nurse in D105 in LaGrange.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and helping your congregation in promoting health and wellness by nurturing the human spirit through health education, spiritual support and linking the needs of the whole person to resources within the congregation, community and health care system.

Thank you for your warm and gracious welcome. I am overwhelmed by your kindness, generosity and love for one another and your community.
